Distribution switchboard panels SCHO 90 M и SCHO 70 M are designed to receive and distribute electric power of the voltage up to 600 V of the alternating current of 50 Hz frequency and also preservation of the outgoing lines from overloads and short circuits in the networks with dead-grounded neutral.
Switchboards are to be installed at industry objects and transforming stations.

The design

The switchboards according to the design projects are produced in enclosures of the floor-level wireframe and mounted non-wireframe (SCHO 90 М-2601) design. The panels are completed with: main switches (ВА51, ВА55 series), current-limiting or not current-limiting with compound or semiconductor releaser or lead-in cutout (РЕ19 or ВР32 series) with forward drive; switchers on the outgoing lines (ВА51,ВА55 series) with the compound releaser for nominal currents from 50 to 1000 A and with protective device ППН-series (direct voltage transducer) for currents from 16 to 400 A. Panel doors are locked with the lock. In the upper part of the panel are the load measuring, control and automatic circuit. Measuring outfit is situated on the upper door. The chassis frame with apparatus set are placed in the case. The electrical connections of the main circuits inside the panel are made from aluminum rail (the copper rail is placed by the request). Switchboard SCHO 90 М has a zero rail with clips for attachment of zero conductors of in-coming and out-coming lines. The design of the lead-in panels provides the lead of the supply lines as with rail help from top or with cables from underneath. The direction of lead-in and feeder circuit breakers for switchboards of all designs is made with the door closed. For the lead-in panels with automatic circuit breaker is possible the combination panels in with reserve switching devices with sectionalization or without it.

In case of need, the barrier manufacturing for apparatus section division according to the form 2 (State Standard specification 22789) is possible. There is an electric scheme of power circuit on the inner side of every panel’s door. The panels should be installed on the cable channel or the blind area. The installation of panel’s enclosure is universal and is made with the help of anchors fixed through the entering in panel’s bases, or by the welding of the enclosure to the cable channel. The switchboard is shipped ready for exploitation.

Lead-in switchboards

Are used for connection of supply cables (rails) from the transformer, for current and 3-phase voltage control. The connection of active and reactive energy counters is possible. Automatic circuit breaker has electromagnetic drive for the local distant control. The nominal current is 380/220V 50Hz.

Lead-in distributive switchboards

Are used for connection of supply cables (rails) from the transformer, for current and 3-phase voltage control with energy distribution. The connection of active and reactive energy counters is possible. Automatic circuit breaker has electromagnetic drive for the local distant control. The nominal current is 380/220V 50Hz.

Section switchboards

Are used for manual or automatic connection of the rails’ sections of the patching panels. Automatic circuit breaker has electromagnetic drive for the local distant control. The nominal current is 380/220V 50Hz.

Patching panels

Are used for the connection of the out-coming load cabled, for the control of currents in the first phase of every feeder and for protection of out-coming lines from short-circuits and overloads. The nominal current is 380/220V 50Hz.

Auxiliary panels

Are used for providence of the control, for street lighting direction or for backboard flank closure.

Busbar bridge

Are used for the connection of panel’s sections located in two rows. Are installed onto panel’s frames 600mm wide. 660/380V 50Hz.
